ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSED 12 OCTOBER 2007; FINAL REGISTRATION
DEADLINE 1 NOVEMBER 2007Online registration to
attend the World Conference on Doping in Sport to be held in Madrid,
Spain from 15-17 November closed on 12
October 2007. Special requests for late registration after
12 October can be made in writing to
worldconference2007@wada-ama.org.
Requests will be considered, however cannot be guaranteed. No requests
will be accepted after the official close of registrations on
1 November 2007.

Participation

Participation in the conference is free of charge; there is no
registration fee.

Participants will cover their own travel and accommodation expenses. The
Conference Organizer will reserve rooms on the basis of information
provided by participants through the registration process.

Delegates
Delegates will consist of representatives of the bodies/organizations
listed below. Due to space restrictions in the main plenary conference
hall, a maximum number of delegates per organization applies (refer to
table below).

Note that an additional delegate seat may be offered to organizations
after the (first) registration deadline date of 15 August 2007,
subject to space availability. Also note that if registrations are
not received by the deadline date, delegate status cannot be guaranteed.
Representatives in excess of the official delegate(s) may register as
observers and will have access to live audio and visual feeds, including
interpreter services of the Conference proceedings from an auxiliary room
within the Conference venue.
Observers
Observers will consist of the representatives of the bodies mentioned
above, in excess of the maximum number of official delegate(s).
Persons attending in an individual capacity (i.e., athletes, legal
professionals, scientists, academics, etc.) may also register as observers;
however, registration will be subject to final confirmation by WADA prior
to registration being processed.
Media
Journalists and technicians of the written, electronic and photo press
wishing to cover the work of the Conference may register under the media
category. The media may observe the Conference from the auxiliary room.
