ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSED 12 OCTOBER 2007; FINAL REGISTRATION
DEADLINE 1 NOVEMBER 2007Online registration to
attend the World Conference on Doping in Sport to be held in Madrid,
Spain from 15-17 November closed on 12
October 2007. Special requests for late registration after
12 October can be made in writing to
worldconference2007@wada-ama.org.
Requests will be considered, however cannot be guaranteed. No requests
will be accepted after the official close of registrations on
1 November 2007.

Conference Registration
Participation in the Conference is free of charge; there is no
registration fee.
Participants will cover their own travel and accommodation expenses. The
Conference Organizer will reserve rooms on the basis of information
provided by the participants through the registration process.
There will be three categories of conference participants: Delegates,
Observers and Media. Refer Conference

* On 22 September 2007, the WADA Executive Committee made a decision to
downgrade certain Public Authority and National Anti-Doping Organization
representatives from Delegate to Observer status as a result of invoiced
contributions not being made to WADA. WADA wrote to the Conference
participants to whom this applied to inform them of the decision. Representatives
were advised that unless outstanding contribution payments were received
by 31 October 2007, their status would be that of Observer, they would not
have the right to intervene at the Conference, and that this information
would be published on the World Conference Web site. The representatives
in question are from: Bahrain, the Democratic Republic of Congo, the
Dominican Republic, Guinea, Moldova, Niger, Paraguay, Togo and Venezuela.
Accreditation
The Conference Management will issue accreditations to the participants in
the different categories (Delegates, Observers, Media).
Accreditation registration will take place at the following venues in
Madrid on Wednesday 14 November from 12:00h.-20:00h.
Accreditation collection will also be available at the Conference venue
from 07h30 onwards on 15 November 2007.
